• Adult Position

Troop 1537 Defined Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings
• Two (2) or three (3) parents to assist the patrols.
• Keeping Patrol on track and heading in the correct direction.
• Patrol Advisor to meet with Patrol Leader on a monthly basis to provide support to Patrol Leader and make sure Scout is able to complete their elected position responsibilities.
• Patrol Advisor to meet with Assistant Patrol Leader on a monthly basis to provide support to Assistant Patrol Leader and make sure Scout is able to complete their elected position responsibilities.
