Assistant Scoutmasters
General
- Each assistant Scoutmaster is assigned specific program duties and reports to the Scoutmaster.
- They also provide the required two-deep leadership standards set by the Boy Scouts of America (there must be at least two adults present at any Boy Scout activity).
- Assistant Scoutmaster to meet with Junior Assistant Scoutmaster on a monthly basis to provide support to Junior Assistant Scoutmaster and make sure Scout is able to complete their elected position responsibilities.
- Assistant Scoutmaster to meet with Troop Guide on a monthly basis to provide support to Troop Guide and make sure Scout is able to complete their elected position responsibilities
